The doctor advised him to drink 3 liters of water a day. Additionally, he told the patient to wear a mask since he works in an industrial area. The consequences of not wearing a mask, according to Dr. Saif, include bronchitis, coughing, throat swelling, and excessive mucus production.

This patient, a 41-year-old male, was advised to fix his posture, as that is the root cause of his lower back pain. To help he can also do yoga and stretching. The doctor noted that due to his line of work, he is often more inclined to bad posture.
